Well, this isn't exactally a poem. It's more of a chorus to an unfinished song.

It doesn't matter anymore i guess everything happens for a reason. tears eventually fade and one day everything will be exactly that way it was supposed to be but moving on is a progress and you have to promise that you are really ready to let go.
