I carved once more,
The numbers and letters on my wrist,
Through the only thing which is left,
Razor and blades.

Click. click. click. clack.

Time slips by her, yet clinging upon her with the grip of an icy hand around her throat... Her feet shuffle the leafs on the ground, retracing what was once known to her... Memories lost in translation are stirred; awakened from what was once a solitude of her personal sanity.
Thoughts unfolded, tucked away, only to resurface with agonizing pain, and yet it is not her own but what she sees in the eyes of another... Another, that she calls herself...Last turning to see; darkness fall upon her and her life being remotely shut down. Gone. Lost forever, like some vast forgotten ship at sea...

I first loved her in the blissful ignorance of my youth
as I wondered lost through virgin woods
in the midst of tall whispering trees
her voice carried by their hushed gossiping; the rustling leaves

The flag raises in the morning, with every soldier saluting it's glory.
To the sound of reveille, holding it's glory high. Giving off a feeling of life.

Gleaming with hands held high.
The blue and the white mixed with the black.
A heart still standing, soul of sigh.
Red, White, and Blue. The clouds of soldiers attack.

What does A soldier see,
when he stands at the gate marked DEPLOYMENT,
as he hugs his 16 year old bride of two years. Knowing the baby she carries may never see daddy's face?

Born of this country, you and I
we must answer to the call
They can be-head us,and scare us,
and make our buildings fall

The red stands for hardship,
the men and women fighting for my freedom had earned their respect for.
They fought for us when our country was down and needed it.
For me... they earned it just for the courage like many others don't have.

I love him..
My want to get out of bed
the feeling to know I'm able to get out of bed.
My brother.

And From the pure beauty of it I have fallen in Love!
Being a unknown soldier I try to keep a pace,

Holding the hope of their people
They fought for glory and pride
With guns in their hand they marched forward
Never looked back and never turned around...

You take the long drive and stand in the rain
doesnt matter cause you have to say goodbye before he gets on that plane
he kisses your cheek and you hug for a while
as he drives off, you wave and fake a smile

Flags of our nations wave high in the air
Each their own pattern, colors, never to tear
Freedom symbolized by different design
Staring at this of the US of A, with stars and lines

As he packs up to ship out,
Hoping to make it home, to see his brother go to the prom.
He starts to hear his fellow soliers shout.
He looks up, only to notice the dropping of bombs.

Can't we just rip that month off the calender.
I don't want to see you go.
Go to where the war is.

This is the roll call for the people who care.
Shout to be heard! I know you're out there.
To all that do not, I say let it be known
You deserve nothing in life you see as your own.
